This product is tailored for the professional portrait photographer who provides multiple products.

Figuring out what to charge your customers for your photography sessions could never be easier.  Our easy to use software uses a mathematical formula to calculate prices based on your expenses and time spent.

Just enter your costs, your time, rate per hour that you would like to make, and approximately how many sessions that you would like to do. The software will calculate the approximate rate to charge your customers to achieve the profit based on the rate per hour that you would like to make.

Since products take the different time to produce and/or have different prices, this software will calculate your multiple pricing by entering all your expenses, cost of each product(s), time spent creating each product, time spent on your photography business, and the rate per hour that you desire.

For example, if you would like to make $ 40.00 per hour, enter all the information and the software will list the minimum amount you should charge in order to achieve at least $ 40.00 per hour.

• It takes anywhere from 15 minutes to a few hours to complete the data entry.
• Only basic data entry skill is required within the spreadsheet program.
• All formulas calculated by the software.

Portraits:

This software is for one photographer offering multiple product(s) for every 15, 30, 45, 60, 75, 90, 105, and/or 120 minute session(s). For example, this software can estimate the minimum price for a 60 minute session with up to 4 packages with multiple products: (items in Packages 1,2,3,4 are assigned by you and can be anything you want)

• 60 Minute Session Package 1- shoot & burn
• 60 Minute Session Package 2- shoot & burn with prints
• 60 Minute Session Package 3- shoot & burn with album(s) and/or print(s)
• 60 Minute Session Package 4- shoot & burn with canvas and/or print(s) and/or album(s)
