Q: Do I need a PayPal account to purchase?

A: No, you can use any major credit card. Once you checkout and directed to the PayPal site, click on the “Don’t have a PayPal account”.

Q: How fast will I get my products (downloadable and/or shipping)?

A: Downloadable products are sold as immediate download. You will get an email in regards to your purchase. It might take 1-35 minutes to process your credit card. If you do not receive an email with the product download within 1 hour, please Check your Spam/Bulk folder. Please contact us and we will email you the link as soon as possible. Products that requires shipping will ship as soon as possible with UPS ground or USPS.

Q: Is your software compatible with Windows and/or mac?

A: Our software runs on most popular spreadsheet software and have been tested on Excel and OpenOffice. If you don’t have Excel, you can download OpenOffice for free. Please go to Openoffice.org. It runs on Mac, PC and Linux.

Q: Does your software require extensive knowledge of Excel or Openoffice?

A: No, our software only requires data entry. No calculations or formulas required.

Q: Can I upgrade my software?

A: Yes, you can request an upgrade within 120 days. If you purchase any Start Smart series and would like to upgrade, you will pay for the difference in price.
